Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage and a storage area upstairs that is clearly marked for cleaning supplies. The outdoor wheelchair ramp to the 2nd floor is a bit steep and requires strength to push someone up. Please be cautious as the ramp can be slippery in wet conditions. There is an external shop on the property that is not included in the rental.

Bring your boat, trailer, toys and cars. Plenty of parking at this 5 bedroom home near Garibaldi Marina on the Tillamook Bay! Large 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home. This home was designed by the original builders to be an accessible residence so there are ramps, large hallways and large doorways that make the space feel very accommodating and open. Large fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, a nice sit/stand desk in a work area area with great views of the bay, a huge primary bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and an outdoor deck to take it all in. Between the home and the bay is a rail line that carries seasonal tourist trains operated by the Oregon Coast Scenic Railway. Buying a ticket to ride the train is a great way to spend a few hours checking out the area. The train runs from Garibaldi to Rockaway beach and then back, stopping for an hour in Rockaway Beach to let you off to do some shopping or grab food & ice cream. The kitchen is upstairs. The home is located in the neighborhood of Barview which is unincorporated Tillamook County. We are a few short minutes from Barview County park & campground with it's own beach and rocky jetty to enjoy fishing or just storm watching. 10 minutes to the north is the town of Rockaway Beach with restaurants, shops and a great beach. 5 minutes to the south is the small town of Garibaldi with restaurants, shops and a busy marina which caters to both recreational and commercial fishers and crabbers. 20 minutes to the south is the larger town of Tillamook. The Tillamook Creamery is a very popular tourist destination offering free self-guided tours, free samples, and a restaurant. We had a fantastic stay! The ocean view from the property is absolutely stunning—waking up to that every morning was a highlight. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying here and it was like coming home! It’s the perfect location for my family as we need the ADA options and pets allowed. My dad is in a wheelchair and this house is perfect for him to be able to enjoy a vacation with the family. The chair lift and the ramps are amazing to have to be able to get him in and out of the house with ease. The view is beautiful, waving at the train is fun (we compete to see who can get the most waves back from the people on the train!). The house has everything you could possibly need and then some! The host is super responsive and accommodating! We will keep returning for more family time!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located between Rockaway Beach and Geribaldi. It accommodated our whole family. The host proactively asked us if we had any needs while we stayed here. Lots of nice touches like shampoo, soap and nice towels. The house was pretty clean.

The house was as described. Since several of us came down with a cold from graduation a few days earlier, the large space was very welcome. The views from the 2 BRs upstairs are terrific and & cheese factory tour. Excellent for large groups and well stocked.

A beautiful home at a great location! Fun to have the train go by, and the tracks provide great walking or jogging. Beautiful view of the bay — gulls, cormorants and pelicans. Very good and affordable restaurants nearby. A short drive to the beach. Well equipped for wheelchair users. We will be back!!!

The house is stocked with anything that you might need or you forgot to bring with you. there was four generations in the house and it was perfect for my grandfather who uses a walker. we all had a great time and will definitely come back.

This was one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at. The location gives you lots to explore and the beaches are wonderful. The hosts were amazing and friendly. We were in the midst of a snow storm that luckily panned out and the hosts were very helpful in reassuring that we would be safe and able to visit regardless. This is a certified stay for my family and I!
