Designed for gatherings, it offers two living areas, a large kitchen with coffee bar, and a primary suite with floor-to-ceiling windows. Minutes from beaches, the marina, and the famous Tillamook Creamery, it’s the perfect place to relax, explore, and make lasting memories together.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and a small upstairs storage area that is clearly marked for cleaning supplies. The outdoor wheelchair ramp provides access to the second floor, but please note it is a bit steep and may require extra effort to push someone up. Use caution in wet conditions as the ramp can be slippery. There is also an external shop on the property that is not part of the rental. We want you to feel completely at home here, so if you have any questions about accessibility or the layout, just let us know.

With plenty of parking, this home is the perfect base for fishing trips, crabbing adventures, or family gatherings on the bay. This large 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat was originally designed to be an accessible residence, featuring wide hallways, spacious doorways, and ramps that make the home feel welcoming and easy to navigate for all generations. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, a sit/stand desk with bay views for those who need to balance work and play, and a huge primary suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private deck for soaking in the scenery. The layout is ideal for groups: upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a second living and dining space for extra flexibility. Adding to the charm, a seasonal Oregon Coast Scenic Railway train runs between the home and the bay. Families love watching it pass by, and many guests hop aboard for the classic ride from Garibaldi to Rockaway Beach. The train runs a few times a day in spring and summer during daylight hours, with a one-hour stop in Rockaway for shopping, food, or ice cream.

I was so impressed with the amenities Michael provided in his rental home, including things like toothbrushes and Qtips! I know it seems a simple thing but I tend to forget things like that and it was wonderful to have them right there. The house was lovely! It had plenty of space for my family and everyone had incredibly comfortable accommodations. The view onto the water was beautiful and the home’s windows made it easy to enjoy. The location is perfect no matter whether you’re staying in Rockaway or traveling up or down the coast. It is right off the side of the highway but we didn’t have issues when coming and going. We could hear some of the traffic but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The house and everything it had to offer more than made up for a little traffic noise. 10/10 would love to stay again in the future!

We will be back. The house and the view were amazing. They had one of the most well stocked kitchens of any place we stayed. They even took extra care to leave fall scented dish soap and spray, the tablecloth was fall colors also. The house was perfect for our thanksgiving weekend. They even went the extra mile for us. The pod part of the coffee machine wasn’t working and they had somone buy a new one and drop it off. Best hosts! Thank you!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed for for our stay including a very well stocked kitchen. The owners remained in contact and checked often about any needs or concerns. Couldn’t be more pleased. Beautiful view of the bay from the living room.

The views are amazing and if you’re bringing someone who uses a wheelchair this house is fully accessible. It was so nice to watch my mom enjoy her coffee while looking at the beautiful views from the windows.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Right near the water the views were so beautiful. The fall storm was amazing to watch from the comfort and safety of the house. There was plenty of space for my brood of teens to stretch out and relax. The layout of the house made it easier to get around. The kitchen comes with many standard small appliances that make cooking for a group easier. The host was so kind, helpful and communicated quickly and fairly. Definitely a place I’ll want to book again.

Most travel in the area to and from the home is by car. Public transportation is limited, and to bike or walk would either be on the highway or the train tracks, neither we would recommend.
